We diligently reference each new tenant by checking their employment, previous landlord and bank references. Legal & Regulations

All legal documents and state regulations are undertaken by Broe Auctioneers to include: Draft legal lease agreements with tailored clauses as requested. R.T.B registration, complete and file documents as required by law. Organise BER certificates along with gas boiler and electrical certs.

Utility Transfer

To ensure a smooth transition for new tenants we undertake to read the electric and gas meters for accurate transfers; Oversee the opening of the Electricity and Gas accounts for the in going tenants and advise tenants on the current phone, internet and television providers.


Payment terms for each new tenant are outlined as follows. We collect the first month’s rent and deposit prior to signing of the lease agreement. Rent minus professional fees are transferred to landlords bank account within 2 working days. Tenants are set up on standing orders for future direct rent payments to the landlord.
